2. Zinc coating galvanizing production line process:
Passive I-shaped wheel pay off → seven grade sulfuric acid electrolytic pickling tank →second grade cold water tank-six grade plating tank→second grade cold water tank→hot water washer →Electric drying box→Horizontal take-up machine
3. Annealing furnace:
You can choose fire directly fired annealing furnace; Or non-oxidation annealing furnace, for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reducing the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrasing the working environment. For the pickling bath, you can choose fumeless picking bath.
